Ordering
How quick are your response times?
Our wide client base often remark on the speed and efficiency of our service. We aim to return order confirmations and quotes within 3 working hours unless they are particularly complex.
How do I request a quote?
Email your quote request to sales@formetiq.com. Please list the products and quantities you require, along with where and when you would like them delivered. We’ll supply you with a quote as soon as we can.
How do I place an order?
Please email your purchase order through to sales@formetiq.com. Once we have processed your order we will email you an Order Confirmation detailing your order and advising of your expected delivery date.
What do you hold in stock?
We stock a wide range of desking, tables, storage and seating from our Formetiq and ranges. We also hold large stocks of all Metalicon accessories. Ask us for a copy of our Express Delivery Guide or access our live stock feed on our dealer portal.
What is my dealer discount from the RSP prices listed?
When you register for our dealer portal, you’ll be notified of your dealer discount and the portal will display nett prices with your discount applied. Alternatively, please ask our team for details of the trade discounts that have been applied to your account. Specific project discounts can be discussed with your Account Manager.
What are your payment terms?
If you have opened a Credit Account with us your terms will be payment by end of month following delivery. For non-account customers, payment will be required via a Proforma Invoice before the goods can be despatched. See our Terms & Conditions for further details.
Delivery
What are your lead times?
Most stocked products are available for delivery in the UK in 3-5 days. Some assembled and upholstered products take longer. If you need your delivery urgently please talk to us – we love hitting a deadline! See our Terms & Conditions for further details.
Are there any charges for delivery?
Furniture deliveries may incur delivery charges depending on volume and location. If in doubt, please contact your Account Manager to discuss what carriage charges are applicable. All Metalicon accessories are delivered free of charge in the UK & Ireland, except in the instance of web drop-shipping.
Where can you deliver to?
We can deliver anywhere in the world that major couriers will go. We currently have customers in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Australasia and the Americas. Talk to us about delivery charges.
Can you deliver direct to my customer?
Of course! Full address and site contact details are needed for successful deliveries. The more delivery information you can provide the better!
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes! We have fully trained installation teams with expert knowledge of our products. We can also install other manufacturer’s products alongside our own. Please ask us for a quote for installation.
Warranty
What is the warranty on your products?
We offer a 10 year warranty (exclusions and exceptions apply) on most Formetiq and Metalicon products. See our Terms & Conditions for further details.

Do you supply CAD files?
CAD is available for most of our products and Revit/BIM files will be available soon. You can access these via our dealer portal.
